Auditica Terms of Service

By using the Auditica service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Services Provided

    Auditica provides:

    • security, SEO, and availability monitoring of resources;
    • one-time security, SEO, and availability audits.

    All results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee that no issues exist. The service delivers results based on automated analysis and does not guarantee the detection of all possible vulnerabilities, errors, or issues.

  2. User Data

    We store only the data that you voluntarily provide:

    • required: email address;
    • optional: phone number, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other messengers (if provided by you).

    We do not transfer or sell user data to third parties.

    We do not collect or store payment card details or similar sensitive payment information. For payment identification purposes, we store only transaction identifiers and anonymized user identifiers provided by payment service.

    The user may independently delete their account.

    Upon account deletion, all collected personal data is permanently removed, except for information that we are required to retain in accordance with applicable laws or for accounting and financial record-keeping purposes.

  3. Service Availability

    For free accounts, service availability is not guaranteed.

    For paid accounts, we guarantee service availability of 99.9% (SLA) within the limits of the selected and paid plan.

  4. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Limits

    Prices, plans, and usage limits may be changed by us unilaterally. Such changes do not apply to already paid subscriptions. New terms take effect only upon subscription activation or renewal.

  5. Refunds and Account Termination

    Upon account closure, whether initiated by the user or by Auditica, any remaining balance will be refunded to the user.

    Refunds may only be issued using payment methods available to us at the time of the refund. We do not guarantee that refunds can be made using the same payment method originally used.

  6. User Guarantees

    We do not suspend or restrict a user account unilaterally provided that the user:

    • does not abuse the service;
    • does not cause harm to third parties;
    • uses the service within the limits of the selected and paid plan.
  7. Limitation of Liability

    • All information and results provided by the Auditica service are for informational purposes only and are based on automated analysis. The service does not guarantee the detection of all possible issues, vulnerabilities, or errors, nor does it guarantee the absence of issues in the user’s resources.
    • Auditica shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, or for any decisions made by the user based on information provided by the service.
    • For free accounts, the service is provided “as is”. Auditica bears no responsibility for service availability, service results, or any losses incurred by the user.
    • For paid accounts, Auditica guarantees service operation in accordance with the stated service level agreement (SLA). In the event of service unavailability due to Auditica’s fault, excluding force majeure circumstances, the user may request compensation.
    • Any compensation may be provided by mutual agreement of the parties, subject to supporting evidence, and shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  8. Termination of Use

    • You may discontinue use of the service at any time.
    • We may restrict or terminate access in the event of a violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or harm caused to third parties.
  9. Amendments to the Terms

    These Terms of Service may be amended by us unilaterally. If the user does not agree with the updated terms, we will suspend service provision and refund any unused balance.
