Auditica checks can now be performed from three independent locations:

• 🇸🇬 Singapore

Why do different monitoring locations matter?

When it seems that “the website is working”, it does not always mean that it is available for all users. Sometimes the problem is not on the server side itself, but somewhere between the user and your service: provider outages, routing issues, regional restrictions, or temporary network problems.

If a service is checked from only one location, some of these issues may go unnoticed. For example, everything may look normal for a server in Europe, while users from another region may already experience delays or errors.

Multiple independent locations help to:

• detect regional issues faster;
• understand whether an outage affects all users or only specific regions;
• get a more accurate picture of service availability;
• monitor service quality for users in different countries.
